For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of just €4.95. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days and will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.
We care about getting your order to you quickly and safely. That’s why we ship all packages via reliable Deutsche Post/DHL. You can also choose to have your delivery sent to a DHL Packstation if that’s more convenient for you.

If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at team@sknmecosmetics.com with your request and order number. Please note that only products in their original, unused condition are eligible for return. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund.
